Anthuriums seedlings and a stressed japanese plant

Deflasked a while ago , these anthurium seedlings are doing quite well. I think these are Anthurium sireh. Grown in my usual seedlings plastic tray bought from bargain shops.

A stressed japanese begonia that need to be revived.
