Rikugien persimmons

Persimmon seeds from my last autumn colours trip to Japan. I remember buying this at the park exit after enjoying the night illumination of Rikugien Garden.  The persimons were really big and cheap sold in bags of 5 or 6 depending on size. Really yummy !!!   If you have eaten japanese persimons before you will know what I mean.
These seeds were kept buried in potting mix and stored in the freezer and fridge for about  4 months before I took them out for germination.  Left in the warmer climate, they have started to germinate after a few weeks. They probably won't  mature and fruit but it's fun enough getting them to germinate and grow.
