Happy CNY !!!

It has been quite a while since I last posted ...  the plants and orchids are doing well. There has been some new additions and this is definitely one of my favourites.... a black Phal Mannii.

Another new bloom from seedlings bought some time ago .....  one more in the yellow hybrid section :)

Schomburgkia Orchid

Very very long spike of flowers. those who grow this orchid will know.

The eagle has landed

Its getting increasingly difficult to find this locally. One of the my favourite plant food. These were bought online and should last me for at least another year ! Great when travelling if you are planning to bring back a plant or two .

Tulips

One of my main purpose for this trip was to visit Keukenhof to catch the spring festival.

Back after 2 weeks of galavanting ..... 

First Bloom

An exciting new bloom from seedlings that I bought a while back. Bud just split open yesterday and bloom has has yet to fully open but I just love the intense colour.
