In bloom again my Vanda sanderiana. Grows well tied to a red palm.... undemanding orchid. One of my earlier vanda buys.... those were the days when i would wait around the nursery for the orchid shipment to arrive and like everyone else try to get the better ones.
An introduction to the plants and orchids in my garden collected over the years.....

Phalaenopsis modesta
A specie orchid, not uncommon. Got several of these from a malaysian vendor. Grows easily and frequehtly flowers.
Phalaenopsis tetrapis C1
Managed to gently guide it away from the fern bark. Looks better but looking forward to some better blooms with a new spike developing.

Seedlings on live spaghnum
These are the phal seedlings planted in live spaghnum moss previously. The containers are cut at the sides to make sure the water level doesn't drown the moss and seedlings. These are placed below the fern bark mounted orchids and the covers have 2 square cuts opposite each other to allow the water run offs to get to the seedlings and to ensure there is enough humidity. Other than the occasional fungicide and fertilizer sprays its almost maintainence free. Just the ocassional weeding when the ferns start to make the grow area look crowded.

2 out of 4
I pollinated 4 of the nicer and healther looking blooms, these 2 looks like they may work while the rest faded away with the rest of the flowers. I last time I did the selfing, one made it initially but eventually did not developed into a mature seedpod. Hoping this time they will !
Malaysia boleh !
Pahang Phalaenopsis appenducalata in bloom with 2 spikes. Have this for over a year now. One of 5 that I bought, 2 perished and 3 going strong.
