Phalaenopsis Sapphire's Galah

This is a nice cross, love the colour created using the Purple Martin. Bought during the WOC in Singapore. It has flowered  often , suffered crown rot and came back from the brink.  This is a Phalaenopsis Purplr Martin X Phalaenopsis Violacea var Indigo.

Phalaenopsis Gentleman Jack

Bought this as a seedling during one of the orchid shows. It has been close to 3 years and it's finally flowered.  Looks pretty decent for a first spike.  This is a Phalaenopsis Gigantea X Phalaenopsis Tetrapis hybrid.

Phalaenopsis Tang Mei Chyn

This Phalaenopsis Venosa x Phalaenopsis Seletar Tiger hybrid finally flowered. First flower is about 4.5 cm opens flat and has nice traversing bars. It is also very fragrant.

Happy CNY !!!

It has been quite a while since I last posted ...  the plants and orchids are doing well. There has been some new additions and this is definitely one of my favourites.... a black Phal Mannii.

Very very long spike of flowers. those who grow this orchid will know.

The eagle has landed

Its getting increasingly difficult to find this locally. One of the my favourite plant food. These were bought online and should last me for at least another year ! Great when travelling if you are planning to bring back a plant or two .
